How To Create An Account In MPSC Online







For creating an MPSC online account you are required to visit their official site.  Creating a new account in the MPSC Online Application System has seven steps. So, here is the list of steps:-

MPSC Syllabus







It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the syllabus ahead of preparing for the exam. This allows the candidates to strategies and plan for their upcoming MPSC preparation, ensure that the candidates cover the entire syllabus well and provide sufficient time for the revisions and the practice. MPSC Prelims Syllabus







The MPSC Preliminary (pre) exam has two mandatory papers, each carrying equal marks of 200, with a time duration of two hours. 







MPSC Mains Syllabus







The Mains Exam for MPSC 2023 consists of Marathi and English Language Exams, each carrying an equal mark of 100, having an exam duration of three hours and one hour. All other General Studies papers have 150 marks each, having a two-hour time duration allocated for each exam.

MPSC Exams Answer Sheet Format 







Almost all MPSC exams are of Objective types. This means, you don’t need to write descriptive answers in the answer sheet. But there are one to two sets of papers in the different exams that are descriptive in nature, for e.g. Rajyaseva Mains Paper 1, JMFC Mains exam(All), etc.







Overall, the exams are of Objective Types. This means that you have to only fill the circles on the answer sheet. And that answer sheet is known as the OMR sheet. 







MPSC Negative Marking System Of All Exams







In the MPSC Preliminary exam, there are 2 Compulsory Papers. In Paper 1, for each wrong question, a 0.50 mark will be deducted from the total of right-given answers from Paper 1, and similarly, in Paper 2, for each wrong Question, a 0.625 mark will be deducted from the total of right-given answers from Paper 2. In the same paper i., e., paper 2 no negative marking for decision-making questions, and you’ll get those kinds of questions in paper set 2.







Paper 1: 2 hrs/100 Questions. 200 Marks/ 0.50 Negative Marking (¼ Or 0.25)







Paper 2: 2 hrs/80 Questions. 200 Marks/ 0.625 Negative Marking (¼ or 0.25)







In the MPSC mains, there are a total of 6 papers. One of them is of descriptive type in nature, and hence no negative marking in that paper. In the other five papers they are of objective type, and for each wrong question, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total of right answers marks of that particular paper.







Paper 1: 3 hrs/ 8 Questions. 100 Marks / Descriptive Paper.







Paper 2: 1 hr/100 Questions. 100 Marks / 0.25 Negative Marking. 







Paper 3: 2 hrs/150 Questions. 150 Marks/ 0.25 Negative Marking. 







Paper 4: 2 hrs/150 Questions. 150 Marks/ 0.25 Negative Marking. 







Paper 5: 2 hrs/150 Questions. 150 Marks/ 0.25 Negative Marking.

MPSC Exam 2023 Result







The MPSC Group B, including Prelims Exam results, are approximately announced one month after the MPSC exam. The authorities also release the answer keys shortly after the MPSC exam. For the MPSC Results, visit the official website at https://www.mpsc.gov.in/.

  • To find your results easily, use the keyword “Ctrl+F ” function on your keyboard and type your roll number or your name. Make sure that you don’t make a typing mistake. 





  • If the provided details are correct and you’ve qualified, then your name will be highlighted on the page.

MPSC Exam 2023 Cut-Off







The official cut-off for MPSC Recruitment 2023 has not yet been released. It is released by the MPSC. The cut-off will be available after the completion of the exam.

MPSC Rajyaseva Eligibility Criteria







To be eligible for the post, candidates should fulfill certain eligibility criteria. Those eligibility requirements will make the candidates eligible to take the MPSC 2023 exam.







Nationality/Citizenship







To be eligible for the MPSC State Service Exam 2023, it is important that the candidates hold Indian citizenship. MPSC exams are open to all Indian nationals; residents of Maharashtra state can get some relaxation in the eligibility criteria. Specifically,  those individuals who have been residing in Maharashtra for more than 10 years are eligible for the reservation benefits. 







MPSC PSI Age Limit







The age limits for the MPSC Police Sub-Inspector category (Last Updated January 2022) is described below as:-







For General Categories – The upper age limit in this category is 31 years.







For Reserved Categories – There is relaxation provided for the upper limit as per state norms.







Educational Qualification







Candidates who want  to apply for MPSC exams should have the following educational eligibility criteria:-









  • Fluency in the Marathi language, both spoken and written, is an important 





  • A candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree holder from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification is required.





  • Candidates in the final/last semester of their graduation can also apply.








Physical Eligibility







In the MPSC State Service exam, there are specific posts that may require physical qualifications. To be eligible for such positions of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP)/Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), candidates are required to meet the MPSC Physical Qualifications criteria.









  • Male candidates should have a minimum height of 165 cm.





  • Female candidates should have a minimum height of 157 cm.

MPSC Exam 2023 Pattern







The MPSC recruitment process for the year 2023 consists of 2 qualifying Preliminary papers, 1) Main Examination having 6 papers. Unlike previous years, there are no optional subjects in the examination.







The MPSC exam pattern is as follows:-









  • MPSC Prelims Exam: This is the first stage, comprising 2 papers with a grand total of 200 marks. It can be called a screening stage.
