We found Tricia Lee through BC Dietitians and couldn't be happier with her knowledge, support and approach. We weren't sure if our son's diet was on track, and whether we needed to eliminate certain food items as our son is autistic. With Tricia's guidance we have eliminated gluten and it has been a game changer. She has also given tips as to what to add, or tweak, and after reviewing our meal planning it was wonderful to hear we have been making many good choices.
